[ARCHIVED] Hepatitis B and Vitamin B12 Shots

The West Orange Health Department is offering Vitamin B12 shots for West Orange residents at a low cost through the West Orange Health Center located in the John P. Renna, Jr. House at 10 Gaston St. in West Orange. Hepatitis B vaccinations will be offered in the future.

Hepatitis B is one of the most common infectious diseases in the world. It is a major health problem because it spreads easily, has many ways to get from person to person, and is hard to tell who has the disease. An important way to help protect you against Hepatitis B is by receiving the 3 dose vaccination. The West Orange Health Center offers this vaccine at $65 per dose. Call 973-325-4131 for availability.

Additionally, the Health Center offers Vitamin B12 shots at a low cost of $15 per visit. Anyone who is interested in receiving the shot must get a prescription from their doctor and bring the vial with them at the time of their appointment. Please call 973-325-1430 for an appointment.
