If you are a Homebound Resident (either bedbound or have difficulty leaving your home), you may be eligible to have the Johnson and Johnson COVID vaccine administered to you at your residence.

The Township of West Orange has partnered with registered nurses from Montclair State University School of Nursing to visit Homebound Residents at their homes and administer the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is a single dose vaccine.

To register for the West Orange home vaccination list, please contact: West Orange Health Department at 973-325-4120 or Department of Senior Services at 973-325-4105 and complete this registration form

If eligible, you will be contacted by a registered nurse from Montclair State University School of Nursing to register and schedule an appointment to come to your home and vaccinate you. The vaccines are limited only to the Homebound Resident initiative. Appointments will be made based on vaccine supply availability.
