About the Sewer Division
The Sewer Division maintains and repairs more than 200 miles of storm sewers and sanitary sewers, more than 2,000 inlets and manholes, and 10 sanitary sewage pump stations.
Homeowner Responsibilities
Residents should be advised that the township is only responsible for the maintenance of the sewer main that runs in the middle of the street or an approved right of way. Homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of their lateral from the basement to the township sewer main.
