    njcep

Through the State’s NJ Office of Clean Energy, you can participate in a number of lucrative energy efficiency grant programs when you improve your home. You contribute to the fund that pays for these programs with surcharges on your utility bills, so you may as well take advantage of them.

Under the Home Performance Program (English)/(Español) you can qualify for a “whole house” assessment, do major upgrade projects (e.g., boiler, furnace, hot water heater, insulation and air sealing), and receive thousands of dollars of grants and financing, and permanently reduce fuel and electricity bills in a major way.

You can also qualify for major rebates on individual pieces of energy efficiency equipment and home appliances, and save on your energy bill for many years to come:

Low Income Energy Assistance / (Español) is also available to qualifying residents who have difficulty paying their utility bills.

All the links above have more information and phone numbers to contact if interested.  Many West Orange residents have participated in these programs but most of us have not. Act today and save!

Through the State’s NJ Office of Clean Energy, you can participate in a number of lucrative energy efficiency grant programs when you improve your home. You contribute to the fund that pays for these programs with surcharges on your utility bills, so you may as well take advantage of them.

Under the Home Performance Program (English) [http://www.njcleanenergy.com/hp] / (Español) [http://www.njcleanenergy.com/files/file/Residential%20Programs/HP/FY2016/1055s_NJCE_HPwESBroch_EST.pdf] you can qualify for a “whole house” assessment, do major upgrade projects (e.g., boiler, furnace, hot water heater, insulation and air sealing), and receive thousands of dollars of grants and financing, and permanently reduce fuel and electricity bills in a major way.

You can also qualify for major rebates on individual pieces of energy efficiency equipment and home appliances, and save on your energy bill for many years to come:
